Water Painting
This week at Co-Op, Molly's teacher set up the best art activity. She hung butcher paper on a peg board and loaded up some spray bottles with liquid watercolor. We put the kids in art smocks and gave them the bottles. She said you could use food coloring too but that it tended to stain whereas liquid watercolors do not.
I love this project and plan to recreate it this summer. We have a weird fence thing in the backyard that will be perfect for this project. I'll hang up some paper. Set the girls loose with the spray bottles and see what we get!
