On Saturday night, Matya got to meet her musical idol. She was giddy with excitment when she told me about seeing Angelique Kidjo in concert and then how she had the opportunity to meet her and have her picture taken.
Now while I opted not to attend the concert, I'm glad Mot did. She got to meet Angelique which brought a huge smile to her face!
As for me, I've been busy knitting on my sock and Elise. I want to finish both but with all my triathlon training, the knitting has slowed a bit. I will however be attending the Fiber Raven Soiree on Sunday! I love any chance to meet more Seattle knitters so Sunday will be a great day!
